Mystery Ranch ASAP
Carryology score
avg. reader score
The smaller and more streamlined version of the 3DAP, the ASAP is great for a day in the hills or a day on the street. It's kitted out with lots of external PALS webbing, two internal hydration sleeves that will fit the wider style of reservoirs, a large hydration/cable port on the top of the pack and our Spadelock system for internal organization. The ASAP has a simple waistbelt that is easily stowed in the side pockets and uses the Futura yoke to custom ft the pack to your torso length. In closing, it's made by Mystery Ranch, their packs are epic. If you want a versatile and tactical daypack then this could be it.
the good
- Awesome load access
- Great configurability
- Super comfortable Futura Yoke system
the not so good
- Smaller and simpler, it lacks some of the tricks like compression and expansion.
