1 – What key insights drive your products?
Clean, understated and simple on the exterior. Detailed, organized, and sophisticated on the interior.
2 – Who else is doing rad things in the world of carry and why do you think they’re important?
One company who is deeply entrenched in the world of carry is Duraflex. They’re always coming up with unique hardware designs for bags which really make a difference when it comes to functionality and usability. Like other large companies with their global reach, they also seem to try their best to limit their environmental footprint.
3 – Are there any things other brands do that you think are great or could be improved?
I can’t really tell other brands how to run their business. Personally I like products that are well-made with quality materials and built to stand the test of time.
4 – What’s next for you guys?
We have four new styles coming in September including a unique camera sling and a one-of-a-kind garment bag. We also have some dope colab projects in the pipeline including a sling bag I designed and produced with Jeff Staple as part of the Kidrobot Black Collection.
5 – What do you carry daily and how?
My daily go-to bag of late has been our new Sao Paulo Sling which comes out next month. It holds an SLR with space for two lenses, an iPad and a ton of cool pockets to stash your gear.
